Actions:
anti-inflammatory, wound healing, immune stimulatory, bitter tonic

Uses:
externally for cuts, insect bites and stings, skin irritation; gel drinks for constipation
WARNING: avoid internal use during pregnancy.

Catchtail Comments:
This is a great plant to have a round; it's easy to just cut off a piece of leaf and rub or squeeze the gel onto the skin where it is needed.
